The schedule was for 3 visits to bait our unwanted guest(s). The operative was friendly, informative and helpful in diagnosing the problem and executing the solution. Would use them in future (hopefully I won't need to).

I had an infestation in my kitchen and was very upset about it. Combat gave me a very good quote and Chris came to visit me. He investigated thoroughly, explained what had happened, and reassured me that it was a temporary problem. I was very grateful for the peace of mind he gave me.

From first contact with a very helpful call back to me to the 3rd site visit the service was faultless. All 3 technicians were on time, polite and efficient. They were particularly caring and helpful in dealing with a distressed 90 yr old startled by mice problems. I have already recommended them to others as I was so impressed.

We had a mouse problem due to an infestation in an adjacent property. Combat was recommended to me by a friend - they handled the process very efficiently and courteously from start to finish and they dealt with the problem. There were no surprises on the scope of work or the price. I also like the fact that they provide information on how to manage the problem yourself where possible. V happy.
